1. Service Quotations
All quotes for custom security audits, SaaS development, and infrastructure projects are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Wind X Tech reserves the right to re-evaluate pricing if the project scope changes significantly during the discovery phase.
2. Subscription Billing
Managed IT services and SaaS subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
- Late payments exceeding 7 days will result in temporary service suspension.
- Cloudflare and NinjaOne licensing costs are included in the tier pricing unless stated otherwise.
3. Refund & Cancellation
Due to the labor-intensive nature of security auditing and custom software development:
- Consulting: Deposit fees (typically 25%) are non-refundable once the discovery phase has begun.
- SaaS/Managed Services: Cancellations require a 30-day notice. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
4. Regional Adjustments (Aruba)
Pricing for clients within the Aruba region is inclusive of local technical support requirements. We currently accept payments via bank transfer and major credit providers supported in the region.
5. Security Audit Deliverables
Final pentest reports and vulnerability assessments are released only upon receipt of full payment. Wind X Tech provides one complimentary follow-up session to review findings and remediation steps.
